Aigli: Photo & Video Editor ("we", "our", or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our iOS application.
Our Privacy Commitment
Aigli is designed with your privacy as a priority. We believe that your creative work belongs to you, and we do not access, collect, or share your personal content.
Data We Collect
Aigli processes all data locally on your device. We collect minimal data:
- Photos and Videos — Your media files are accessed only when you explicitly select them for editing. They are processed locally on your device and never uploaded to our servers.
- Project Data — Your editing projects, including layers, effects, and settings, are stored locally on your device.
- App Preferences — Your settings and preferences are stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage mechanisms.
Data We Do Not Collect
We want to be clear about what we do NOT do:
- We do not collect or store your photos or videos on our servers.
- We do not use analytics or tracking SDKs.
- We do not collect personal information such as your name, email, or location.
- We do not display advertisements in the app.
- We do not share any data with third parties for marketing purposes.
- We do not track your editing behavior or usage patterns.
AI Features
Aigli includes AI-powered features such as image generation and automatic subtitle creation. These features:
- Process data locally on your device when possible using on-device machine learning.
- When cloud processing is required (such as for certain AI image generation features), data is sent securely to our processing servers, used only for the purpose of generating your requested content, and immediately deleted after processing is complete.
- We do not use your content to train AI models.
Photo Library Access
Aigli requests access to your photo library to enable you to:
- Import photos and videos for editing
- Save edited content back to your library
This access is granted through iOS's standard permission system, and you can revoke it at any time in your device's Settings.
Microphone Access
Aigli may request microphone access to enable:
- Audio recording for video projects
- Speech recognition for automatic subtitle generation
Microphone access is optional and can be managed in your device's Settings.
Subscriptions and Purchases
All subscription and purchase transactions are processed securely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information, credit card details, or Apple ID credentials. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for details on how Apple handles your data.
Data Security
We take data security seriously:
- All data remains on your device under your control.
- Any data transmission uses industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL).
- We follow Apple's security best practices for iOS development.
Children's Privacy
Aigli is intended for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. Since we do not collect personal information from any users, this applies to all age groups.

Your Rights
Since we do not collect personal data, there is no personal data to access, correct, or delete. Your content remains entirely under your control on your device.
